You can cancel your meal seat(s) up to 48 hours before the meal’s start time to receive a full payment refund.

If you cancel your seat(s) less than 48 hours before meal start time, the meal seat(s) payment is not refundable.

A meal seat is officially cancelled when you click the cancellation button on your “Attending Meals” tab in your Account dashboard.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Feastly within 48 hours of meal start.
